Corporate Headshots

Group Shot.jpg

I had the opportunity last year to do the head shots for the entire company that I was working for. At the time, there were over 50 employees to shoot.

I did a simple two light set up (similar to this one https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1578028-REG/godox_sl150ii_kit_led_sl150ii_2_light_2_stand.html) and a white backdrop for the shots. I positioned the key light to the subjects right and the fill light over their shoulder.

The challenges with the scope of this project was time. Many people travel or live out of town, and the project took about 6 months to complete. Since I would have to be continually breaking down and resetting up my photography space, I used masking tape to mark out the location of the light stand feet, and used a silver pen to mark the heights that I had extended the light stands to. This helped me place everything back where it belonged to get the consistent look across all of the photos.
