Self Assignment - Self Portrait

I’m making myself uncomfortable with this post. I’m not one to ever want to step in front of the camera, but I feel like I can’t ask my clients to do something that I myself wouldn’t do. I recently got some new back drops, and I thought I may as well be the first subject. This helped me test some new lighting and get a bit more confidence in myself as a photographer and as a photography subject. I really learned that if I can’t open up and relax in front of my camera, I can’t ask you to open up and relax in front of my camera.
